Code review is an important step in the software development life cycle during which software developers peer review the software in the pipeline on route to production. When done properly, it results in lower numbers of defects and bugs, improve software quality, transfer of knowledge, an atmosphere of team work and collective responsibility with better team cohesion. If badly planned and executed, it leads to strife, bitterness and missed delivery schedules.

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]o the ordinary, he was just another man with incredibly great strength which no one could fathom. To the hopeful, he was revered and his strength earned him a place as a judge to rule over his people. His judgement however became questionable when he saw what he wanted, wanted what he saw, got what he wanted and what he wanted he saw no more.
